Hello!

We%26#39;ll be staying a week at the Tanjung Rhu in late July and would like to rent a scooter for a few days to get to know the island and the people and see the sights.

Where would this be easier to do and how much would it cost?

There might be a rental place at Padang Lalang (5 mins from Tanjung). There is not a lot in the imediate vicinity of Tanjung Rhu, you might need to go to Kuah or Pantai Cenang.

30RM per day max for a scooter.

Since december 2006 scooterprices around RM 40-45 better price for longer rent period!

You see it%26#39;s time for you to come back!!!!!

In the afternoon we went to Pantai Cenang area to visit a friend and guess what? I wasn%26#39;t there for more then a week I think there are 5 new restaurants and some more shops also!

You see you can%26#39;t leave the island!!!!
