Yes they are, you get a card when you Check in, present this to the pool attendant and you get a towel.

many thanks what was your overall opinion of your stay.Any advice on places to eat and drink would be very much appreciated.
Hope you are not afraid of heights this hotel is not for the faint hearted We stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago had a great time, but my husband requested a bed in reception the views are fantastic all rooms have sea view
you can get snacks by the pool or go in the hotel restaurant, there is a small shop / cafe across the main road and a couple more shops and restaurants up in the small village.
Great for getting into both Batu Ferringhi and George town.
You can also hire a taxi for the day to do Island tour this is better than organised trip because you can choose when you want to stop and how long for and will not break the bank
I am sure you will enjoy your stay
