You can email the Rasa Ria at rrr.shangri-la.com.

They do have transfers from the airport to the resort. There is a counter in the arrivals terminal.

i emailed them they said they charge 50 per person one way in bus, 190 one way for privet car. but they did say taxi will be 90.

Taxi fare RM80 per way. 40-45 minutes. Shangri-la%26#39;s rasa ria resort. Full of friendly, polite and helpful staff.
