Family day 9ut at Sunway Lagoon?

Hi all, I have 3 days in KL in August (been before and seen the sights, so looking for something new and fun to do). Sunway Lagoon looks like good fun for a day out. Anybody been recently? Recommended? Thanks. Stuart

Sunway lagoon is located in Sunway city, a secondary township under the Municipality of Petaling Jaya. Where do you plan to stay? If you haven%26#39;t got plans yet, why not stay at Sunway Lagoon Resort, which is next door to the said theme park., via a shopping mall. Choose a room with a full view of the theme park, which is kind of awesome.

It%26#39;s a cheerful theme park, not Disneyworld though, but good fun for a RM40 entry. Bring some wet gear as it has a nice wet park with the usual slides, an artificial beach and man made wave generator (good for surfboarding, for lack of a proper beach in KL). Choose a weekday, as it tends to be packed on weekends.

The shopping is nothing special there, though they have spruced up the place quite nicely lately, with some nice restaurants.

i have not been for a couple of years , but we were 2 adults with no children when we went , and it was great fun ....amazing to see rides on sides of mountains !

definatly dont miss it , its fun and cheap .
