Hi,

i will be staying at legend hotel at kuala lumpur for 5 days for a conference. i can only shop in the evenings after my work.

Ca anyone advise me the nearest shopping places?is there a cheap flea market like chinatown?i need some places to buy gifts, so need shopping malls and night markets. how much does it costs to go to the places? if go by taxi, is it safe?

Right next door there%26#39;s the Mall (the first decent Mall in Malaysia). There%26#39;s some shopping and handicrafts (at top floor near food court).

Hi,

For night market, you have to go to china town. Taxi will cost around RM10-15. You can also take Star LRT from PWTC station to Madjid Jamek which is 5-10 min walking distance to China Town.
