Arrive Singapore 11.30pm, leave JB Senai 7am, travel?hotel?

Hi,

This is a nightmare journey, perhaps you can help me.. I Arrive Singapore 11.30pm, leave JB Senai 7am. I don%26#39;t want to spend a lot on a hotel I will be at for 4 hours, and I don%26#39;t want to spend a lot on Taxi%26#39;s either. Can you recommend the best or the most economical way to travel between the two places at that time of night, or perhaps somewhere to stay for a few hours near the airport. Do you know what time the airport opens?

Your flight time has restricted the option you can have. There is no public transport in midnight, only cab is available.

The option I can think of is you rest about 2-3 hours in airport, at 4am, take cab from changi airport to Queen street Bus/Taxi terminal (fare is about S$40 which includes mid-night charge). Then, from there take another cab from Queen Street terminal to JB airport (Senai airport), the cost for the taxi fee is about S$50. Hence, total cost of travelling from Changi airport to Senai airport is about S$100 and you would not need to spend $$$ on a hotel.

The Senai airport opens at 5am.

Thanks so much for the detailed response S_yin, I think it is a good idea to rest at Changi until 4am, does Changi stay open 24hrs?
