Hello again.
Have just posted one message ..and was reading through other replies when I came across one about someone who booked bus tickets for a certain time but the bus was full and they couldn%26#39;t get on it. That rang alarm bells !!
Do we need to book the return bus trip from KL to Malacca ? It%26#39;s only a problem on the return because we need to catch the 7am or 8am bus from Malacca as we are flying to from Subang airport at 12.40
Also, what%26#39;s the best way to get from that bus station to Subang Airport? Had we better go by taxi?
Thanks for your help.
bus to Malacca from KLSince you have a flight to catch, suggest you book your return bus ticket.
Double confirm whether your flight is from Subang for domestic travel only or KLIA for international travel.
Take a cab from bus terminal to subang airport
bus to Malacca from KLHi,
I am very surprised to learn you couldnt get on the bus though you already purchased a ticket! Do you know what bus company is that? As far as I could remember if you purchased a ticket from bus company at the Pudu Raya Station, be sure that you would be on the bus to your destination and dont buy bus ticket which is outside the Pudu Raya station.
Yes you should buy a return ticket if you want to come back to KL.
Here are some link for you to check the time and prices of the buses.

To Subang airport.
Kelang Bus Station (Bus No: 32 %26amp; 33) To Petaling Jaya, Subang Airport, Shah Alam and Port Klang
The airport is 25 km from the city center and the best way to get there is by taxi and Rapid KL bus No. 47 (destination PKNS Subang) from the Klang Bus Station goes past the airport.
It is better to take taxi to Subang airport. Interstate taxis have proved to be one of the most inexpensive and practical modes of transportation in the city. A general taxi stand in Kuala Lumpur is located along Level 2 at the Pudu Raya Bus Terminal. Although these taxis are equipped with metres, fares are usually fixed according to the destination. Therefore, it is advisable to negotiate fees prior to travelling. A 50% surcharge is normally levied along with the fare when travelling between 12:00 am and 6:00 am.

Just be careful with your hangbags when you are around the Pudu Raya area as there are pickpockets and it is crowded.
Hi Georgina,
It is best to book the 7am or ealier bus from Melaka to KL. It will take 2.5 hrs or more as your arrival is around 9am which is still rush hour in KL.
I may recommend you to stay in KL for such an early flight to catch but Friday night stay in Melaka for the night bazaar is worth it. Don%26#39;t miss a drink at Geographer Cafe in the middle of Jonker Walk!
Assuming you arrive at 10am at the latest, taxi (fastest) will take another 45 mins to reach Subang. You must check in at least 1 hour before departure for your Berjaya flight.
Best of luck!
