Im wanting to stay at the Casa Del Mar and was thinking of staying in the pool view room. What is the difference between the pool view and sea view room - is it worth the additional money ???

The hotel is small so there is very little difference in outl;ook. The pool view rooms overlook the pool and beyond that you can see th ebeach. Peeople walk past your room but they are about 10 metres away so that is not really a problem

The sea view rooms are at the front just a few metres from the beacj so you get a direct view of the beach.

You will only enjoy the benefit if you want to sit in your small terrace and look out. It is much better to sit on a lounger in the garden area.

I booked the pool view rooms because they were the cheapest and I was very happy with that

I was told by the CDM that the Deluxe ground floor rooms had ONE handicap accessible room w/ no stairs. Of course they did not state IF that was a pool or a sea view.

I am wondering if you booked through a travel agent or a website like Hotels/Expedia ?

Also, is there any snorkeling off of CDM%26#39;s beach or do we need to take an excursion?

I%26#39;m not in a wheelchair, but want to avoid a resort w/ tons of stairs... i need low stairs %26amp; handrails. Any advice in this regard?
