good markets/ shopping?

thinking of stopping over in kl for 3 nights, is there good shopping there or good markets??

Of course there is. To name a few, if you;re into posh swanky and designer brands, head over to KLCC right in the heart of KL. If you love looking for bargains, the stretch along Bukit Bintang, has several shopping complexes such as Berjaya times square, LowYat, KL Plaza, Sg Wang Plaza. My personal choice would be to head over to Mid Valley. If you prefer markets, try visiting Petaling Street, they have an array of cheap and fake designer stuffs, and fancy crafts. In conjunction with next month%26#39;s mega sale begining July 7 till end of August, there will be shopping complexes opening till midnight!

well going to europe for 4 weeks of expensive stuff, and we stopping over in KL for a couple of hours on our way home ... so i thought id extend it to a few days , have a look around and perhaps go to night markets? thats what ive heard of.. or are they mainly only good on the islands?
