We are staying at the Shangri La in July and I see that this service has a stop that mentions the Shangri La. One of my sons has cerebral palsy and can only walk short distances - can anyone tell me how far from the stop the hotel actually is? Are we talking a 2 minute or a 10 minute walk?

Hop on /off busHi, will not be 2 minute, but certaintly less than 10 minute--will be around 5 minutes, as I also take into account the walk from Shangri-La hotel%26#39;s lobby onto driveway, then onto the main road, for the bus stop.
If you want to avoid the slopy driveway, from inside the hotel lobby take the escalator down to the ballroom, then the walk to the main road is of lower gradient.
Am not sure if the hopon/off bus picks up from a bus stop few yards from Shangri-La or one has to cross over the road, for the bus stop at Menara IMC(Maybank). Please check with the hotel concierge. I caught sight of it picking passenger from Menara IMC bus-stop, then it took a turn into Jalan P.Ramlee.
Going by the number of times, that this bus had caught my sight, it is fairly empty, sometimes with only few passengers.
